Learn to meditate - Dublin
Every couple of months, there are free meditation courses organised by the Dublin Sri Chinmoy Centre. There are classes run on mornings, lunchtimes and evenings, in addition to meditation workshops.
These free courses have taught over 2,000 Dubliners to meditate over the past few years. During the classes we will be teaching a variety of meditation techniques - silent meditation, meditation to music, mantras and mantric songs, visualisations - in addition to practical tips to keep your meditative calm as you go into daily life.
